Pearlzyme Inc., an R&D company located in Smart Valley of
the Knowledge Industry Complex in Incheon, has recently announced a new service
contract with Professor Dr. Seo, Myung-Ji from the Division of Bioengineering
at Incheon National University (INU). The objective of this partnership is to
assess the active protease-producing Bacillus
strains and develop strains that are specifically designed for feed additives.
The Microbial Biotechnology Laboratory (MBL), led by Prof. Dr. Seo, specializes in securing novel and functional microbial resources, developing valuable functional bio-materials through microbial fermentation, and developing dietary supplements and feed materials.
Through this service contract, both Pearlzyme and MBL in INU
will exchange knowledge and technology in related fields and work together to
develop field training and employment opportunities for students both
domestically and globally. Furthermore, the two sides plan to gradually sign
future business agreements.
